Mr. Martinez has worked with the Firm since 2006. Mr. Martinez represents clients with respect to any aspect of liquor licensing and business issues related to liquor licensing. Mr. Martinez also handles matters related to real estate and business to include entity formation, business acquisitions, zoning, local land use, commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters.
Mr. Martinez obtained his undergraduate degree from George Mason University and his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to entry into private practice, Mr. Martinez served as a law clerk for the Hon. Richard J. Clark in the Circuit Court for Charles County, Maryland.
Mr. Martinez has two sons and is involved with the Boy Scouts of America.
